If You aren't sure how to correctly measure the dose, inquire your doctor or pharmacist. If you see air bubbles while in the syringe, press and pull the plunger in and out until the air bubbles are mainly long gone. Faucet the barrel in the syringe to eliminate any remaining air bubbles.
